"I didn’t expect the fan speeds to be..."
I didn’t expect the fan speeds to be this noticeable, which almost makes me suspicious in the best way. Like, low is actually quiet enough for sleeping, and when the room starts feeling stuffy, the higher settings kick in and move air fast. I’ve been using it every day and so far it’s been solid with no weird issues. Feels like they accidentally made it too good and forgot to hide it

"order showed up right on time"
i ordered from Guardian Technologies and everything went smoothly. got the tracking email faster than i expected, and the package showed up right when it was supposed to. the box looked fine too, not crushed or beat up. i never had to follow up or sit around wondering where it was, which was nice. i’d definitely order from them again

"Really helped with my allergies"
I finally bought one of their air purifiers after waking up stuffy basically every morning, which was getting old fast. It took a few days to notice a difference, but then I realized I wasn’t sneezing nearly as much in my bedroom, kind of one of those “oh wait, this is actually working” moments.
It’s not some miracle machine or anything, but my eyes feel less itchy and I’ve been sleeping better, so I’m happy with it. Ordering from the site was simple too, which I appreciate because I did not have the patience for a complicated checkout process.

"Warranty support came through, but just barely"
My air purifier started acting up after only a few months, so I reached out to Guardian Technologies about the warranty. I’ll be honest, the wait to hear back was a little frustrating, and I was close to just moving on to another brand if they didn’t get it sorted.

Once they did respond, though, the process was straightforward. They had me send over my receipt and a few photos, then got a replacement part shipped out. It wasn’t the fastest experience, but they were polite and did take care of it, so I’d give them another shot for now

"Okay service, but the whole thing felt hit or miss"
The water tank maintenance itself was fine once they finally came out, but getting it scheduled took longer than I expected. it kind of feels like the service works when it wants to, sometimes it's smooth, sometimes you're just waiting around. Not terrible, but definitely could be more reliable.

"Caught a leak before it got bad"
I had a small pipe leak start while I was out, and the Guardian system picked it up fast. Got the alert on my phone and was able to shut things down before it turned into a bigger mess. I didn’t expect to need it this soon, but I’m glad it was there. Setup was easy enough, though I’m still a little unsure how durable everything will feel long term. For now, it did exactly what I needed...

"Controls took a little figuring out"
I ordered from Guardian Technologies and the product has been working fine so far. Nothing major to complain about with the actual performance, and it seems to do what it’s supposed to do.

My only real issue is the control panel. The buttons and little indicator lights weren’t immediately clear to me, especially at first glance, so I ended up flipping through the manual more than I expected.

It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do think the controls could be labeled better or laid out a bit more clearly. Overall, it does the job, but that small usability issue makes it a 3-star experience for me...

"Works well, but the filters get expensive"
I’ve been using my Guardian air purifier for a while now, and overall it’s been solid. I was in a cleaning-and-decluttering mood when I first set it up, so I was really hoping it would help with dust, and I do think it has made a difference. It’s also quiet enough that I don’t really notice it running.

The main downside for me is the cost of the replacement filters. If you follow the recommended schedule, it starts to add up quickly, especially if you have more than one purifier in the house.

I still like the machine and don’t regret buying it, but I do wish the filters were cheaper or sold in better-value multi-packs. It does the job, but because of the ongoing cost, I’d call it more of an average experience for me.

"Found the filters super easily!!!"
I needed replacement filters for my air purifier and found the right ones on the site quickly!!! I was really glad they actually had them in stock too, because so many places are always sold out!!! Ordering was simple, and I didn’t feel like I had to guess which ones to get. Good experience overall, and I’ll probably order from here again!!!

"We’ve got two cats and a dog..."
We’ve got two cats and a dog, so yeah, there was always that dusty pet hair stuff kind of floating around, especially in the main room. I picked up a Guardian air purifier after seeing it mentioned somewhere, and after a few days it just felt less stuffy in there.
I’m still vacuuming all the time, so it’s not like it magically fixed everything, but there’s definitely less of that hairy dust collecting on the shelves. My allergies aren’t totally gone or anything, but they’re better, which was really the main thing I cared about. Happy with it so far.

"Filters last longer than expected"
I’ve been happy with these so far. The filters seem to last longer than I thought they would, so I’m not having to swap them out all the time. It works well overall. Nothing is totally perfect, but for everyday use I really don’t have much to complain about.

"Well... I got this because my neighbor’s cigarette..."
Well... I got this because my neighbor’s cigarette smoke kept finding its way into my apartment, and it was driving me crazy. It doesn’t completely get rid of it, but the smell is definitely a lot less noticeable now, and I’m not waking up all stuffy anymore. Shipping was smooth too, so overall I’m happy with it.

"First thing I noticed was how quiet it was"
My first impression after setting it up in my bedroom was that it was much quieter than I expected. On the low setting, I barely notice it, and medium is still totally fine for sleeping or relaxing. High is definitely louder, so I usually only run that during the day when it doesn’t bother me as much. Overall, I’m happy with it, I just wish the turbo setting wasn’t quite so noisy.
